Our team at Ftec is currently undertaking a project at The Leonardo Hotel, formerly known as Jurys Inn. We are installing new WC facilities, electrical sockets, and LED lighting within the staff and conference areas. Our aim is to equip the hotel with efficient, top-quality electrical and plumbing solutions. These not only aim to lower their annual electricity expenses but also to improve the overall experience of the staff.
In addition, Ftec is responsible for providing regular preventative maintenance to the Leonardo Hotel. Preventative maintenance involves conducting regular checks and inspections of equipment throughout the hotel to prevent breakdowns and minimise the likelihood of unexpected repairs.
Why is Preventative Maintenance Important for Hotels?
Preventative maintenance is important for hotels for several reasons. Firstly, it helps to ensure that all equipment, such as lighting, electrical sockets, and WC facilities, is operating efficiently, which in turn contributes to a positive guest experience. Additionally, regular maintenance helps to prevent unexpected breakdowns and costly repairs, which can disrupt hotel operations and lead to dissatisfied guests. By conducting preventative maintenance, hotels can also extend the lifespan of their equipment and facilities, ultimately saving time and money in the long run.
